In the busy lives we lead, trying to keep all the balls in the air is a challenge so its really essential that you make ME TIME.. No matter where you have come from, it's where you are going that matters the most. Take some time out in your day to feel good, to spoil yourself, whether to indulge in a steaming bath at the end of a long day, to treat yourself to a massage, lunch out, or to dance wildly in your front room...make the time each day to do something for you. If you have children, find a friendly babysitter for a few hours...

Change your look – get a totally new hair style, you will feel amazing
Book a facial, massage, pedicure, manicure – reflexology or indian head massage
Go window shopping – take a trip into your nearest big city and browse...
Create a dream book of things you want in your life and look at it every day – make a list of everything you want to do, be or have in your life and put it somewhere you can see it.
Goal setting will inspire you to take action. What do you want to do, be and have in your life, and when? Draw up a list and prioritise what's the most important, and why. Give yourself a purpose to get out of bed in the morning. Your goals should be realistic, tangible and be so powerful they make you cry.
Learn a new skill or take up a sport. There are literally hundreds of courses out there that dont cost the earth and will give you something under your belt.
Do a painting course in watercolours, oil or Chinese silk painting. Frame your work and hang it proudly!
