Ok life is short and we are all busy, being busy... So now is the time for you to take some time out for YOU to start really enjoying life, whether you are working from home, raising a family or just juggling all the balls, prioritise squeezing in some fun and fitness. It's all about not sitting on the fence and procrastinating, it's about going out there and just doing it..
I am definitely not a gym bunny, I think about going to the gym all the time, however I never seem to get around to it, though the heart is willing the body just doesn't get into gear - but show me how to salsa and I will be up there on the dance floor! A bit of dirty dancing or get me into a drop dead gorgeous frock and learning how to strictly come dance is way up my street!

FITNESS:
horse trekking – beaches and mountains
Love the ocean? Join the local sailing club and feel the sea breeze on your skin and get your adreneline pumping!
Pole dancing: Ive heard this is definitely a great way to tone up! You can even buy your own pole!! www.polepassion.com

On the subject of dancing...
Dirty dancing: salsa, tango, or anything that envolves incredible moves will not only get you really in shape but make you feel awesome.. Enquire locally and find out where your nearest classes are so that you can wow people next time you are on the dance floor..
Belly dancing – such good fun and quite exhausting!
Drumming
Give it some stick: drumming lessons (great way to bash out your frustrations!)pounding out your frustrations is a perfect healthy activity – bound to be someone near you who will teach you, look in the yellow pages..Join a rowing club, its fantastic to be out on the water and will keep you toned and trim. I had a go at this last year and being so close to the water was exhilerating – plus if you are lucky you might get teamed up with a bunch of good looking guys...
Rollerblading is such good fun and once you find your feet there will be no stopping you, or find the nearest roller disco!
Zip lining – the great outdoors. If you are an adrenalin junkie why not find your nearest zip lining company – you can clip onto a wire and fly down wires over treetops! Go ape have centres around the uk - www.goape.co.uk Mountain biking, quad biking, clay shooting, archery...

Women are GREAT drivers – if you want to brush up on some really different skills and impress the pants off your male friends why not do some Off roading – get the thrill of flying around country lanes and getting dirty! You can even take off on a short adventure if you really get hooked and do mad stuff like expeditions in Morocco, the North pole or maybe even an African adventure? Ok it does mean finding a child minder or a generous relative to look after the kiddiewinkles
Musical and acting:
Love to sing? Why not Sing along with a gospel choir?
Think you could be the next Leona Lewis? If you fancy a fun day out, audition for the X FACTOR next time it comes into your area, just for the experience, you'll meet some really interesting people (I did this 2 years ago!) (there's a singer within us all... why not you?)
Star in a movie:
Be an extra, you have just TONS of fun, and get paid, (not a lot,) and you might end up on the cutting room floor, but at least you can say that you have been in the movies...
On that note: you could audition to star in commercials – and if you have cute children, so could they! You need to be flexible and able to drop and run if they need you. who knows, you might be on the next set with George Cloony? Travel: Why not take the Euro tunnel and go to France for the day and go Wine tasting or even champagne tasting? There are loads of companies that offer great day trips or weekend deals.
